Salvos Stores have a vacancy for a suitably qualified person for the position of Full Time Data Schedule Officer located at the Salvos Stores Victorian Distribution Centre, reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager.Your role as Data Schedule Officer will include but not be limited toAssist in the monitoring and maintenance of the Scheduling and Home Collection System and GSP system, and analyse and distribute data as requiredCoordinate timely and accurate correspondence between the Operations team and key stakeholders Liaise with the stakeholders in order to arrange stock transfers between other stores or warehousesAdjust forward bookings by bringing donor collections forward to earlier datesCommunicate with donors advising them of when their collections will occurAccurately schedule urgent and additional collections and advise stakeholdersMonitor GPS records on a random basis or as required with logistic coordinators and ManagersDay to day housekeeping of scheduling tasks as requiredAs the successful applicant you will have the following attributes;Delivery of Extraordinary Customer ServicePossess outstanding communication skillsBe a team playerHave the initiative and drive to go the extra mileBe available to work a variety of days Monday - Friday Working for Salvos Stores is a rewarding experience, which goes beyond a normal job and allows you to give something back to the community whilst experiencing working with an employer of choice.
