Then this could be the job for you.Salvos Stores has a vacancy for a suitably qualified person for the position of Digital Customer Communications Officer based out of Salvos Stores Support Office (Mount Waverley) reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager.The RoleYour role as Digital Customer Communications Officer is an essential element to the Customer Experience team within Salvos Stores and will be responsible for the following:Developing a 12 month digital content plan to support in-store customer engagement planSourcing and developing content for all Salvos Stores digital channelsManaging and maintaining Salvos Stores website, SEO and Google Grants accountCo-ordinating digital advertising campaigns to support in-store initiatives for Salvos StoresAssisting with development and implementation of various digitally focused customer experience policiesManaging all digital platforms and communicationsMaintaining effective relationships between Salvos Stores, media and creative agenciesAbout YouTo be successful in this role you must possess the following attributes:Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or other related disciplineStrong retail experience and knowledge with a good understanding of brandingExperience operating and managing digital communication toolsExperience with SEO and SEM, Google Grants experience will be highly regardedProven track record in increasing engagement with online communitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with external and internal stakeholdersStrong negotiation skillsAbility to interpret analytical reports and provide insightful recommendationsSound knowledge of digital content and social media issues and trendsCommitment to ensuring a positive customer experience in the delivery of our serviceExperience working in a Not-for-Profit industry will be highly regardedCurrent driver’s license is requiredApplicants will be required to consent to a Police Check with the successful applicant to provide proof of eligibility to work in Australia ensuring that all requirements of the Migration Amendment (Employer Sanctions) Act are met.Applications close 27 September 2019
