The Role

Your role as Digital Customer Communications Officer is an essential element to the Customer Experience team within Salvos Stores and will be responsible for the following:

About You

To be successful in this role you must possess the following attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or other related discipline
  • Strong retail experience and knowledge with a good understanding of branding
  • Experience operating and managing digital communication tools
  • Experience with SEO and SEM, Google Grants experience will be highly regarded
  • Proven track record in increasing engagement with online communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to interpret analytical reports and provide insightful recommendations
  • Sound knowledge of digital content and social media issues and trends
  • Commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience in the delivery of our service
  • Experience working in a Not-for-Profit industry will be highly regarded
  • Current driver’s license is required
