Salvos Stores has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified person to join our team as a Marketing Analyst, located at Salvos Stores Support Office in Mount Waverley, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. This is an invaluable opportunity to gain exposure and in-sight into the not for profit retail industry with a well-respected organisation. The RoleYour role as Marketing Analyst will include but not be limited to the following:Undertake pre and post campaign analysis to optimise customer engagement and improve customer valueManage Salvos Stores’ Club Card Program; this includes but is not limited to data analysis, reporting and Club Card administrationInterpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.Identify, analyse and interpret trends and reporting these to the Marketing ManagerIn consultation with IT, research and contribute to the development of customer facing technologies with a view of managing the system in the near future.In consultation with IT, develop reports, models and dashboards to support customer based decision making and identify opportunities to improve customer valueActively seeking to improve internal processes with the overall objective of enhancing customer valueBuild and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and vendors, both internal and externalUndertake competitor and marketing analysisUndertake other duties as directed by the Marketing Manager YouAs the successful applicant you will have the following attributes:Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Statistics, with experience working with a large quantity of dataStrong financial, technical and data acumen with an understanding of what the customer wantsExperience working in a similar role within a Retail organisationVisual basic scripting for MS Excel experience using ADO connectivity to SQL server data base.SQL server management studio 2014 experience including raw SQL scripting, views and stored procedures.Working experience with Technology one (cloud version preferable) Working for Salvos Stores is a rewarding experience, which goes beyond a normal job and allows you to give something back to the community.
