Your RoleYour role as a HR Advisor will include, but not limited to the following:Provide HR support services, this includes but not limited to working with HR Shared services team to facilitate implementation of HR policies and procedures, provide advice on HR systems and business as usual processes, contract management, generate HR reports and other duties as requiredProvide assistance to the HRBPs and People Managers in People issues and undertake investigation of complaints and produce related documentation and reports, as directedImplement TSA policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, as requestedAssist People Managers in coordinating the return to work of injured employeesProvide assistance in developing and implementing new HR initiatives as requiredProvide advice and assist People Managers with recruitment processesDevelop and maintain relationships with managers and employees to enable the effective provision of HR support You As the successful applicant you will have the following:A degree qualification in HR, Business or related fieldPrevious experience in a HR Advisor roleExperience working with HR Information Systems - Workday experience will highly regardedSound administrative experience coupled with strong attention to details skillsGreat customer service skills with an ability to communicate to a range of different stakeholdersAbility to work with a number of pressing priorities and projectsMust maintain a current and valid National Police CheckCurrent Driver’s LicenceProof of eligibility to work in AustraliaApplications close 12 September 2019
