Salvos Stores has a vacancy for a suitably qualified person for the position of Driver/Furniture Removalist based from the Salvos Stores Noble Park Distribution Centre, reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor. The RoleYour role as Driver/Furniture Removalist will include but not be limited to:Ensuring the timely and accurate collection of goods from donor properties, clothing banks and Salvos StoresEnsuring the timely and accurate distribution of goods to storesEnsuring the timely and safe removal of rubbish from Salvos Stores’ sitesComplete routine documentation in a timely and accurate mannerMaintaining the professional presentation of Salvos Stores property YouAs the successful applicant you will have the following attributes:Be well presentedDeliver Extraordinary Customer ServiceBe an energetic, team playerHave the initiative and drive to go the extra mileAbility to drive truck safely and operate lifting gearExcellent driving skillsCurrent Medium Rigid Licence Working for Salvos Stores is a rewarding experience, which goes beyond a normal job and allows you to give something back to the community.
