EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES **INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY** Salvos Stores has a vacancy for a suitably qualified person for the position of Full Time Area Administration Support located at the Salvos Stores VIC/TAS State Office in Richmond, reporting directly to the State Office Administration Supervisor. Your role as Area Administration Support may include but not be limited to:Coordinate timely and accurate correspondence and customer service between State Office and key stakeholders, including Area Manager, Store Managers, other staff members and customersCompile and maintain an orderly electronic and paper filing system for all documentation, and distribute all relevant information appropriatelyCoordinate store openings, closures and refurbishments as required, this includes but is not limited to liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of store developments, distributing relevant documentation and reports to key stakeholders and ensuring proper protocols are followedAssist in the coordination and documentation of store maintenance, including ordering stock and fixtures as requiredIn consultation with the State Administration Supervisor, review and maintain a record of all relevant policy and process changes, and communicate these changes to all relevant key stakeholders as required.Coordinate and maintain office administration systems, supplies, equipment and uniformsCoordinate finances, including invoices, budgets, petty cash and reimbursements, for all Victoria and Tasmanian Salvos Stores as required and forward documentation to relevant stakeholders accurately and promptlyComplete other administrative duties as directed As the successful applicant you will have the following attributes:Administrative experience – preferably within a retail environmentOutstanding verbal and written communicationA proven track record and a passion for delivering extraordinary customer serviceEnergetic team player with a hands-on approachAn intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office As someone known for your integrity, you will relate to The Salvation Army Mission and Values. Working for Salvos Stores is a rewarding experience, which goes beyond a normal job and allows you to give something back to the community whilst experiencing working with an employer of choice. A full Position Description is available on request. Applicants will be required to consent to a Police Check. To apply for this position please submit your application online via Salvos Stores Employment Opportunities webpage; careers.salvosstores.com.au Applications close Tuesday 18 July 2017.  50 AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations
