Salvos Stores has a vacancy for a suitably qualified person for the position of Full Time Volunteer Coordinator located at the Salvos Stores Support Office (Mount Waverley). Reporting to the Volunteer Program Manager, this position will see you play a key role in recruiting, developing and managing volunteers. You will develop a recruitment strategy that promotes diversity amongst the volunteer base and establishes corporate partnerships. In addition, you will develop a training matrix and induction program that engages volunteers. The key to your success will be your ability to implement change and build relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly professional, empathetic and demonstrate strong organisational skills. The ability to demonstrate strong initiative and willingness to learn is essential to the success of this position.
