You will develop a recruitment strategy that promotes diversity amongst the volunteer base and establishes corporate partnerships. In addition, you will develop a training matrix and induction program that engages volunteers. The key to your success will be your ability to implement change and build relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly professional, empathetic and demonstrate strong organisational skills.
