Salvos Stores is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced professional workplace trainer, who has a passion for and proven track record in the delivery of training. Being an integral part of Salvos Stores internal training function, you will be responsible for facilitating the Retail & Transport Induction Process for both new and existing employees, providing re-training and refresher workshops when required, and the delivery and advocation of Salvos Stores L&D Program. This position will have a focus on best- practice customer service strategies combining a dynamic blend of nationally accredited training and non-accredited training. The successful candidate will be highly professional, and proficient in the delivery of training. The ability to demonstrate strong initiative and proactiveness when recognising various continuous improvement opportunities is essential to the success of this position.Strong time management, organizational and communication skills and being able to build relationships are also essential to be successful in this position. Formal qualifications in this field will be favorable but not essential. As someone known for their integrity, you will relate to the Salvation Army Mission and Values.
