Salvos Stores is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced professional workplace trainer, who has a passion for and proven track record in the delivery of training. Being an integral part of Salvos Stores internal training function, you will be responsible for:Facilitating the Retail and Transport induction process for both new and existing employeesCompletion of Post-Induction feedback forms for all new and existing employeesProvide re-training and refresher workshops when requiredDelivery and advocacy of Salvos Stores L&D Program This position will have a focus on best-practice customer service strategies combining a dynamic blend of nationally accredited training and non-accredited training. The successful candidate will:Be highly professional and proficient in the delivery of trainingPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate strong initiative and proactivity when recognising various continuous improvement opportunitiesHave strong attention to detail and analytical skillsHave good time management, responsiveness and flexibility Formal qualifications in this field are not essential, but will be looked upon favourably.
